The place was quite easy to find, and parking was a breeze. The room that we got was spacious. Feels very clean with ample towels for all guests. There were 2 separate balconies and both had fantastic views. Had dinner at their in-house restaurant, and everything we ordered was delicious. Good access to other stores and restaurants.

New clean apartment with all required things in the kitchen. Biggert surprise - playing room with toys. It is small but full of different things. My daughter wanted to spent they all the available time. Ski lift is 5 min drive (Kotelnica Express nr IV - dolna stacja). I personally didn't experience any heavy car traffic on the way to ski lifts (before 9 am) and back to the hotel (around 3 pm).

It includes the parking, and the ski lifts are really close (by walking alongside Terma Bania). Terma Bania is literally across the street, and our family enjoyed it a couple of times during our stay.

The coffee machine was also superb. All over it was ok for a family with two kids. Additionally, we can use the activity room in building A which is really great for finally tiring the children after a long day with billiards, table football, darts or ping-pong - even Minecraft :D It was nice to view the mountains from beside the apartment, and the ski bus also has a stop nearby it. The family apartment had a nice size of bedrooms with a view to the Tatry mountains or the thermal baths being just few steps away. Integrated in the part of the restaurants was a huge and amazing child playing room. So for parents there was the chance to relax and to have already an excellent dinner from a typical Polish menu card and to watch the kids in parallel. The service was always very friendly. Furthermore there was a huge parking space around the hotel.

Outside pool is heated. During our staying 31 degrees. You only need to go out of the hotel. Swimming pool is next to it bu you need to go out. You can walk to slopes or easily catch the the ski bus. We actually drove our car most mornings. If you get there before 9, plenty of free parking. Kids loved it. Host even went out of her way to find us a wonderful babysitter. Fully recommend this apartment. Plenty of room for us. Perfect place to unwind after boarding all day. Pizza place and Slovakian restaurant within few minutes walk. Amazing. Thank you, Malgorzata.
