A warm and cozy place that has everything you need for your stay. The owner is extremely responsive and caring. Walking distance to the town center. Bus to/from the airport stops very close, too.

.... just great. The atmosphere in the hotel - a woww from checking to checkout! Great support from the friendly receptionists - big support on booking tours. The friendly spirit from the hotel was reflected from the entire stuff as well from the guests. We had a fantastic time - unfortunately too short. Big ❤ to the base camp family.

This place is absolutely extraordinary. There is a strong sense of history, it is partly like a museum. We stayed there for four days, it felt warm and homely. Single rooms were basic, but met all our needs (if you are looking for modern scandinavian standards, you have to choose another place). The hotel has a amazing winter garden - a very rich breakfast is served in the morning. There is also some kind of lunch offer, which we didn't need. I strongly recommend dinner at the restaurant even if you are not staying at this hotel :) And last, but not least - we had the opportunity to meet and talk with two people who work in this restaurant - warm thanks to you, Valeria and Osvald! Your kindness made our stay even more exceptional! PS. One of us has already booked her next stay at this hotel!

Hotel was very acommodationg. I was able to store my luggage and stay in the lobby when I returned from my cruise and had a late day flight. Wifi was great.

The apartment was quite spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutleries. Remembering some of the reviews, we took some ingredients with us and brought some from the supermarket nearby. We had two bedrooms, but one the bedrooms did not have a closet. The apartment was almost always at a comfortable temperature. We would love to be back here. Sound and air insulations were really good. We had a good overall stay!

Very clean and cosy rooms. The staff was very friendly and they made sure that there is always enough vegan milk and yoghurt for breakfast. The NUGA restaurant also has very delicious food. We enjoyed our time at The Vault very much.

Mic dejun destul de variat, inclusiv cu câteva opțiuni gluten free și cu vafle calde și delicioase. Amplasare: la capătul orașului, foarte multă liniște și senzația de libertate, de evadare în sălbăticie. Curățenie atât în cameră cât și la toaleta comună. Ceai, cafea și ciocolată caldă la discreție, un bonus care oferă acel sentiment de hygge. Camera este suficient de mare, paturile confortabile, chiuvetă în cameră.
