It was the cleanest hostel/ hotel I have ever stayed in. Spotless and modern, excellent kitchen fully equipped. The shower and toilets were separate, which makes a huge difference, also spotlessly clean. Yulya and Sam were outstanding and quickly became "family"

.... just great. The atmosphere in the hotel - a woww from checking to checkout! Great support from the friendly receptionists - big support on booking tours. The friendly spirit from the hotel was reflected from the entire stuff as well from the guests. We had a fantastic time - unfortunately too short. Big ❤ to the base camp family.

This place is absolutely extraordinary. There is a strong sense of history, it is partly like a museum. We stayed there for four days, it felt warm and homely. Single rooms were basic, but met all our needs (if you are looking for modern scandinavian standards, you have to choose another place). The hotel has a amazing winter garden - a very rich breakfast is served in the morning. There is also some kind of lunch offer, which we didn't need. I strongly recommend dinner at the restaurant even if you are not staying at this hotel :) And last, but not least - we had the opportunity to meet and talk with two people who work in this restaurant - warm thanks to you, Valeria and Osvald! Your kindness made our stay even more exceptional! PS. One of us has already booked her next stay at this hotel!

위치나 시설이 좋았습니다.

생각보다 넓었어요. 새로 리모델링해서인지 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋았고, 라지에이터가 거실에 2개, 방에 1개 있어어 밖은 영하 10도가 넘었지만 따뜻하게 지냈습니다. 1베드룸이라고 되어있지만 입구쪽으로 커튼으로 닫는 방이 하나 더 있어서 4인가족이 묵기에 적당했어요. 풀키친에 욕실에 세탁기도 있어 잘 사용했네요. 위치는 Kroa, Coop이 바로 옆으로 추운날씨에 멀리 가지않아도 되는 최고의 위치입니다. 총 4박 묵었는데 룸클리닝은 없고, 수건만 한번 추가요청해서 받았어요. 특히 가족여행자에게 적극 추천합니다.

Very clean and cosy rooms. The staff was very friendly and they made sure that there is always enough vegan milk and yoghurt for breakfast. The NUGA restaurant also has very delicious food. We enjoyed our time at The Vault very much.

Breakfast was amazing, beds was very comfortable. In general everything, what you need for trip to Svalbard, was in this hotel.
