She was an exceptional host, full of stories about her exciting life and travels, and she thinks of everything as far as special touches and amenities. The breakfast is the best you can ask for! She also helped us with easy parking, and made our visit to Utrecht during Koningsdag feel like we were experiencing it with a local!~

The room was very quiet (other than the occasional sound of water in old pipes, but that didn't really bother me). The bed was absolutely divine. SO comfortable. I slept so well every night. Nice mirror lighting in both the bathroom sink and the bedroom vanity- perfect for putting on makeup before a wedding I was there to attend. I appreciated the 3x mirror in the bathroom too. The shower was equipped with lovely smelling soap and shampoo. There was a great selection of food to choose from at breakfast. I didn't originally include breakfast in my booking, but it looked so good I decided to have breakfast at the hotel. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. One thing I really appreciated was that I had an overnight train and I got to the hotel a few hours early and I was so thankful that they had my room ready so I could have a rest. A lot of little and big gestures made this stay perfect. The neighborhood is very quaint and charming. I didn't have the chance to rent a bike from the hotel, but if I'm ever back I definitely will. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, The Anthony staff for making my stay amazing.
