Location is excellent (near Maastricht), the facilities inside the house boat are superb (fully equiped kitchen, airco, digital TV, bathroom). The house boat is wel maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable. Surprisingly there were 2 bottles of Japanese and Chinese soy souce (ketchup) available in the kitchen's cupboard that have made our own prepared Asian dinner just more delicious. We asked for an early check in, and the owner fulfilled the request. We asked for a 30 minutes delayed check out, and the owner did not have any problem at all. The small boat we rent has made our stay more adventurous and enjoyable.

the host was great and waited for us at the door and helped us with luggage (thats the only negative—the living room and kitchen are not on the ground, but on the 1st floor, and the bedroom is another staircase up—but thats how the most typical houses are built, so we knew what to expect :) ).
