Monique’s creative personable touch, with little surprise delights along the way, is simply priceless. Makes your heart leap with joy and gratitude to be appreciated this much. Just wow. Thank you, Monique! Property is located nearly across the street from the police station. As a solo traveler, I felt super safe! Despite being at the heart of Haarlem, it was wonderfully quiet and serene. Super bonus that it’s only 13 min walk to the bus & train station! Don’t underestimate the shower - it is so very pleasant!! Nothing like an amazing long hot shower on a chilly day! Also don’t let the stairs scare you! Steep and narrow as they are, I got my monster suitcase up (thanks to Monique’s help!), and getting it back down was a breeze! I have so much more to explore here and can’t wait to be back!

This Ibis seems quite new; the rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and pillows. Unlike many Ibis facilities, this one has a dedicated bathroom, which has a good size shower and sink. We walk a lot, so the 20-25 minute walk into the train station and center was not a problem. I believe there is a tram stop near the hotel.

飛行機が早朝に着いたので、早い時間に荷物を預けに行ったのですが快く預かってくださりました。チェックイン前でも、メイクのためにお手洗いを使わせていただけました。スタッフさんの印象もお部屋の快適さも良かったです！

The staff, owner was onsite and welcomed us with coffee and delightful conversation . We were early and ere able to check in to our room immediately. The hotels informal reception area was a desk in the restaurant area with 20 ft ceilings with original decorations from many centuries earlier. The room was very comfortable with a king bed a bathtub and shower. Room was in an old Dutch style comfortable warm feeling
