Everything is superlative, the location is very well located, right in the city center, near many restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, etc.! the apartment is very nicely decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay in Alkmaar! Diwa, the person who manages the location is extraordinary, I congratulate her for her professionalism! when I return to Alkmaar I will definitely choose this location!

Hotel Luttik is a true gem in the old centre of Alkmaar. The building is from the 1600, beautiful restored and full of character. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating, the morning breakfast in the breakfast basket in the room is fantastic, everything is fresh, local and yummy. The room is spacious, comfortable and provides a relaxed environment to come home to. The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants, stores, cafe's and the inner city of Alkmaar. The room looked out on the old inner city and was on one of the old streets with channels, which makes it a picturesque and unique!

Very cozy place, warm atmosphere, minimalistic decor, comfortable bed, good night sleep, perfect space for the family of 3 (also would be ok for 4 people), Netflix, we felt like home from the very first second, kitchen is modest but has all you need, equipped for cooking own meals, place is exactly as described on booking, host is very responsive and kind, we would recommend this cute house and will probably come again next time in spring

A fantastic location in a very pretty setting. The apartment was lovely, plus we had wine, cheese and snacks waiting for us on arrival. A tip for families, there are 2 double beds, so my kids shared. An extra single bed can be added, but it's an additional cost.
