As soon as we walked in, it was a wow factor. We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor. We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff. Would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to the twin towers.

Great location with public transportation around the corner close to the Petronas towers. The rooftop pool had amazing views. The apartment itself had all we needed and staff was friendly and helpful.

The room and the bathroom are very clean and smell fresh. furnitures are new, linen are clean. everything we needed was provided. The staff are friendly and responded to all our requests. Walk in distance to KLCC within 5 minutes. I will definitely come back again.
