We were cared for from the second we stepped out of the taxi, taken thru the small winding streets and the Moroccan life in all the little shops and ally ways. We stepped into the most beautiful rooms at the Riad I’ve ever seen couches and pillows in every nook, so easy to relax and enjoy all the exquisite carvings, woodwork, beautiful furnishings. Just amazing! Rooms were cozy and so pretty, huge step down shower and lots of tables for belongings We didn’t want to leave. They had the best breakfast and variety of our whole time in Morocco. Their staff was so kind, sweet, and helpful

Boasting a bar and views of inner courtyard, Medina social club is a guest house situated in a historic building in Fès, 2 km from Royal Palace Fes. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also has a family-friendly restaurant and a sun terrace. The accommodation offers beauty services, free WiFi and family rooms.

This was a last minute booking for me as I did not initially plan to travel to Fes but was pleasantly surprised that the peppery feels more like a boutique hotel than a hostal, however, my opinion is based on a private room booking. I met other guests that stayed in a dormitory and they were also happy. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful, including help with last minute tour bookings. The private room where I stayed is in a separate courtyard from the dorms so it was always quiet and calm. I booked two additional nights after arrival as I was very pleased with the private room.

The host was amazing, super hospitable, nice, and made us feel at home, going above and beyond, always smiling. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The room was nice, spacious enough, and has everything you'd expect. The Riad is in a good location, a quieter street yet right in the medina, between the two main streets.

This was the second time staying in Funky Fes and I just can recommend it to anyone who is passing some days in Fes, being traveling alone or with friends. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need, very affordable price and a very cozy hostel with everything you might need during your stay.

The Riad is really beautiful and is really well maintained and a short walk to the Medina. The staff is very friendly and we felt at home. Touria was very attentive and organised and we enjoyed Samira’s food every night, it was the best food we had in Morocco! Our family had a fun time doing the cooking class in the kitchen!

It was right at the entrance of the Medina, but not in the center, so not as overwhelming if you’re not used to it. The rooms were stunning, large, traditionally decorated, were a family of 5 and it easy fit us and all our bags. The terrace had an amazing view, sunrise and sunset are a must. The hospitality was excellent, loved the food, the Lamb Tajine was our favorite and the breakfast is so generous. They were great with our kids, would recommend to anyone visiting Fes.

The riad is very family friendly. Kids could play over the many levels and had a lot of fun. Food was excellent. The rooms were great and beautiful, with many nice details like warm covers. The staff was very friendly and responded fast to our requests. We already have been to great and expensive riads in Fes and although this riad is simpler in its architecture, the experience was so good that it is now our favourite in Fes.

Beautiful riad just in the medina of Fes. Easy to reach from where the taxis stop. The staff are lovely helpful young people. They organise guides, tours, transfers and cooking classes. The breakfast is huge and tasty. You can have it on the terrace or in the patio. Also other meals are available and delicious. There is a little bird family living inside the riad which my children loved. During our stay the baby bird learned how to fly:)

The hosts were amazing! They are so helpful and you can ask them for any information/tips on getting around. Had a lovely sized room...we have two young children and it was perfect for us. Family friendly environment. Very easy access to the medina and blue gate is all walking distance. Would definitely go back again and recommend to family/friends, yunus and his wife made us feel very welcome!

The location is really great. Close to the gate to the medina so it's easily accessible. There is a larger parking nearby. Mother and son are pleasant hosts. On Friday, the lady offered us their traditional Friday dish - kus kus. The son helped arrange a taxi to the airport. A family with small children lives in the accommodation, so the accommodation is ideal for getting to know the typical life of a Moroccan family in the Medina.

Overpriced hotel, pool is packed with people and kids- sure its a family hotel but it doesnt feel hygienic. Hallways smelled like sewage, buffets overcrowded. The staff of moroccans were actually really lovely - I think this hotel needs better top level managers to streamline its business better.
