It happened to us that we stuck in a huge traffic while boarder crossing. It takes us almost 24 hours to get to Lithuania from Belarus so we couldn’t be on time at the hotel. We still were at the border at te time of checking-out. Ive been in contact with the reception and explain the situation. The girl from the desk was very kind and fully understood the situation that we could manage “no-show” and didn’t charge the price for the room. It was like a breath of fresh air after exhausted time at the border. Id like to thank a lot the girl and the hotel. Next time i hope we can fully enjoy our stay at this nice and warm place!🙏🏻

Location is just perfect. Just 5 minutes after a very long flight. Staff is attentive and caring as usual even in the middle of the night. Late check-in is also not a problem.

Convenient location, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, all necessary supplies. Bus/train station and old town within walking distance. Staff that are ready to help 24/7. Amazing breakfast for only €10/adult person for every taste.
