Location is absolutely perfect to visit Palermo. The area is slightly rough but Enzo’s place has amazing security. Parking was free & again super secure. The space was clean & comfortable. 10 mins walk to an arch that starts you along via Vittoria Emanuele. Very affordable pizzeria 5 mins down street.

I stayed for 10 days in December in the Deluxe Studio, in this former palace. Even though I arrived after midnight, the manager welcomed me in person. The room / flat was exactly as in pictures, if not better: big, airy, and with an authentic feel. Complimentary wine, water, coffee capsules and biscuits were waiting in the room, plus a good range of drinks & essentials such as pasta, cereals etc. to buy if needed - a nice touch! Good breakfast in a nearby cafe was included, and the kitchenette had everything needed to make simple meals. Unusually for Sicily, the rooms had central heating (in addition to the usual air conditioner) which was turned on when the weather was cold. Gianluca, the manager, was present at the small reception on most days, always helpful and attentive. He even introduced me to a company providing top-class co-working facilities upstairs in the same building; I rented a desk there on a few days (just to have some change from working in the room). All in all, this was one of the best flats or rooms that I have stayed in - even though I'm a frequent traveller!

Thanks to Marco, we had great time at Palermo, he's a super guide and giving you a clear brief about the city and places to see arround. He's welcoming you even before you reach to his place :) Place is very close to the center to walk in 5-6 mins and not so noisy at nights to sleep well. There's a safe parking area very close and this is really critical at Palermo , esp if you have a rental car which is brand new.. It's a great city and worthy to visit again.

This is best place to stay when visiting Palermo. Fantastic location within walking distance of all the sites but still you can come with your car and park in front for free. Along with the rooms there is a nice common area where you can make coffee and have breakfast. And last but very important the hosts are such nice people always in touch to recommend the best restaurants and nice street food areas.

Sofia and Salvo gave us lot of suggestions for places we wanted to see. They were very kind and helpful. The property is in the city centre so you can get everything in minutes. Teatro Massimo, Politeama bars, restaurants, post office etc
