Absolutely fabolous place worth every money! Amenities in the bathroom are better than in some of the 4* hotels. The bed is very comfortable, and sheets are nice and cozy. Super soft and nice bath towels with a warmer for colder days. You feel like home.

The host was really friendly and made us feel like home! Top location - everything is 1 to 5 minutes walking distance with great restaurants and cocktail bars around (the host recommend few of them). Shops and pharmacies too. Train station is 5 mins. Amazing roof top terrace with a view to the church and a small square. Super clean! The room was cleaned every day. Very nice breakfast. We wanted a mocha coffee - the host provided everything needed for that even though it wasn't included initially Comfortable check in/check out options

The property was super cute and the host was soooo kind and generous. We found ourselves stranded and she picked us up and also drove us to the airport the next day. If you have a car I 100% recommend this spot for your stay in Olbia.

Very helpful host Chiara waited at us to immediately show and explain us everything. Parking was always possible in front of accommodation on the street and city center was just up to 15 mins walk. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Olbia and nearby North-East coast of Sardegna. Great breakfasts, wide selection of dishes to suit your requirements. And great coffee! Beautiful location, overlooking the sea from the pool. Easy access to Olbia but also to wonderful sea bays and towns in the north-east and north of the island. But most of all, a great team to look after the guests, all very warm and helpful without exception. Thank you for a great stay!

Well located, 10 minutes from Olbia center but very secluded and calm at the same time. Super zen environnement surrounded by lots of cute animals and olive trees. Gianfranco was super welcoming and made our stay super enjoyable.

Very well maintained set of appartments, very convenient for a first night stop after arriving by ferry or plane; same for a last night before departure. A suitable spot for crusing around to Costa Esmeralda or elsewhere aroun Olbia. A rich breakfast with a touch of home made sweets. Clean, cosy.
