Villa Shanti is an amazing place surrounded by mountains and nature. It is right bellow the highest peak and Marciana Alta village. If you love quite peaceful places, it is the right place for you. Accommodation spacious, clean, kitchen fully equipped. The hosts were very helpful, communicated perfectly and promptly. Parking was provided. We were very satisfied and had a wonderful stay. Beautiful location and gardens. wonderful sea view. Catered for gluten free very well. lovely menus for evening meals, again very adaptable for gf. All staff very helpful and friendly. So incredibly peaceful and quiet (this was in April) Really need a car here if you want to see more of the island. we did a lot of walking and found some extraordinary foot paths through mountainous terrain (not for the feint hearted). Then hired a car for roaming for 2 days
