We had an amazing time at Casa Prandel. The host, Sabrina went over and beyond to meet our needs, even picked us from the station on our arrival and gave us a lift on departure. The flat on the first floor is very modern, with all comforts and beautiful view from the balcony. It is only a short walk from the shops, the town centre and the lake. We highly recommend it! Hotel is a historic building with modern amenities. Reception staff are highly professional and very very friendly, accommodating clients wherever they can. Breakfast buffet is extraordinary, even for european standards. Spa and wellness spacious, luxurious, quiet and clean. Levico Therme is a perfect base for hiking, exploring the region, and biking. Staff are quite knowledgeable assisting guests according to their interests, like biking, hiking, or driving up passes.
