Wonderful family-run B&B. Convenient kitchenette and outdoor seating. Exceptionally friendly staff, some who were able to speak English. Close to the sea and to other agritourismo who offered farm-to-table dinner!

A house close to the beach, climatically furnished, clean and well-maintained, well-equipped. An ideal place for families, a great base for local trips. We especially appreciate the kindness and help of the owners. Shops, ice cream parlor, restaurants in the vicinity. You can have fun, but also sleep in peace and quiet after an active day :) Ciao!

Very nice host and good experience of stay in the apartment. This apartment is on the last floor. So basically you will receive not much space under your head. But the internal organisation inside is comfortable. There is a terrace where you may see the seaside a little. The Wifi speed is quite good. The building has its elevator. However you will have to walk by stairs for one staircase as the apartment is on the last floor. There is everything necessary for the comfortable stay in the apartment (coffee machine, microwave, washing machine etc). It is very small apartment. Bear it in mind. However, the Boho style and overall approach is very good. Parking was also easy inside the condominium yard. The flat is about a street from the beach area which is quite comfortable. There are may places to have a cup of coffee nearby. So basically the apartment is a good choice if you need quick access to the beach area and the calm atmosphere at the same time. As our trip was due to the midseason we had to use the air conditioner for the heating. Worked fine. The host was so kind to have all necessary equipment, toilettes. Good stay and good experience. We have been met by the lady who did our stay very comfortable and was nearby when we needed some help. Great service.

The host, Fabi, is very welcoming and the apartment is exceptional. We stayed for 6 nights and appreciated the extras such as coffee and snacks on arrival. We would definitely return. The nearby restaurant, Le Tre Rose, is very good value.

One of the best apartment where we stayed at through Booking. The apartment is very comfy and ready with everything you might need for a holiday in the sun (beach umbrellas included). We appreciated also the two bikes at your disposal, which you can use to get to Pescara, for example, just some kilometers away and have some great pizzette and beer. Everything was spot-on, from the coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules to the washing machine (the apartment has a balcony where you can hang the laundry and get it dry in a few hours during the summer). The condo and neighbourhood are quite calm and quiet. For us, the position was excellent to discover the coast (the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi) and the inland, from Chieti to Sulmona, to Scanno and other locations, which are 1-hour(+) drive away.

We stayed in La Casa di Penelope with 3 children and it was perfect! Very convenient location - 1 minute to the sea, many cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was very comfortable for us, my husband had an office with a view of the sea) the children had plenty of space to play, and there was also a playground nearby. The owner of the apartment is very friendly, ready to help in any matter. We definitely recommend these apartments!
