Amazing views from the rooftop terrace. Well stocked kitchen and barbecue area. Diego and Sonia are charming and graceful hosts. The neighborhood is very quiet in the off season.

The owner was very helpful, we had problems with the WiFi but she helped sort that out and it was all resolved. The apartment has a very nice, shady outdoors area. It's best to have a car to get to the beach, but I think that applies to most apartments in Chia

The Host Franco could not do enough and promptly supported us with any queries or support. There is enough space to accommodate the entire family and the bedrooms are large and spacious. Décor, furnishings and facilities are clean & modern. Would definitely come back in the future! Villa is walking distance to the local market and 3 or 4 very good restaurants. Beaches are only a 4km drive away. Excellent overall location

The villa is close to many amazing beaches and has the convenience of a well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walk and 3 restaurants walking distance (even though we had cars). The owner is very helpful and would answer any question we had and was very understanding when our child accidentally damaged something. I would recommend this place to anyone. A good supermarket and restaurant (Mirage) nearby. A big cosy terrase is a huge asset. I am a mother of two active toddlers, who were excited to run in and out the terrase. We were happy to meet the owners, whose presence in the house (upstairs) makes you feel a beloved guest. The property is brand new with a lot of space, high specs including a large gas bbq. Nearby you have a grocery, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is about 20 min walking or 5 min driving. Highly recommended.
