Maison Francois exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is very cozy, looks and feels great, we loved the decor, room was spacious with a large balcony, there is a living room where we could relax after skying, breakfast was delicious and all in all we felt welcomed and enjoyed our privacy. The spa is amazing after a day on the slopes, and if you’re lucky and the sky is clear, you can admire the Matterhorn from the jacuzzi. Everything was sparkling clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is also a great restaurant next to the building, which we highly recommend.

LOOOOOVED the staff at the hotel. They were amazing, beyond helpful. The apartment was so spacious and clean. The bathrooms are fabulous. Lorenzo is the most amazing caretaker!!! Ludmilla is beyond helpful!!

The comfort and openness of our room,the view and the effort plus the decor detail. Most importantly it felt like a family affair and nice interaction with the owners and the staff. Enzo was the perfect host. Every day he treats his guests with a wonderful breakfast which includes among others tasty italian cheese, salami and fruits. The room was cleaned every day and has manual temperature adjustment to set it up as you prefer. Hot water, a spacy bathroom, clean sheets and towels are all there too. Also, the facility has its own ski room and it is with walking distance to the village center and to the ski lifts. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

Location was perfect, close to everything, also any questions were immediately answered by the staff. Food was also one of the things we liked a lot. Can't really find and weak point :) One more point to mention is riendliness and professionalism of the staff. Difficult to compare with any other place.
