I'll not be doing justice if I'm rating our stay only 10 out of 10. Everything, starting from the property, to the facilities, the host and the staff have really exceeded our expectations. The property which has been built to perfection, is located in a breathtaking location, surrounded by tea gardens, has got the royal touch and has been maintained really well. Hosted by Taj Sir and Mam, it's worth mentioning their warm welcome and hospitality. Personally taking care of all the guests, treating everyone as family members, their attention to detail is really appreciated. The cherry on the cake was the homely food cooked and served as per your pallet. This is definitely going to be my home for my next visits to Ooty. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Orchard Valley View Homestay to everyone visiting the Nilgiris.

Location is excellent with important attractions around 2km away. We had breakfast and dinner served - food and service was great. Staff were accommodative of our requests. Two elderly family members (65 and 79 years) were very comfortable.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Everything was excellent about our stay with Mellow Mount. Neat, spacious, sparkling clean with all required amenities for the stay. We had booked for 4 adults and 2 kids but the property has accommodation space for 8 adults easily. Helpful caretaker who is always available for any help or enquiry. A number of good eateries and shopping areas are also easily available at a 5 min distance. Located at the heart of the city. The terrace is good with a view and fireplace. Loved the time spent with family at the fireplace. Private parking was available for an SUV as well. This 3-BHK homestay is really recommended for a leisure/offical stay.
