I liked the fact that the hotel was very fresh in decor. It was bright and gave a very relaxed and holiday feel. The location was absolutely great, while being bang in the city centre it was also located on the quieter side of the street. It was easy to locate. We could walk to the markets. Rooms were very nice and were comfortable and had everything I expected in a boutique hotel. The staff was amazing. They were very courteous and helpful. Right from the guy at the reception who checked us in (very polite, well spoken and helpful staff.. sorry but didn't get his name) to every staff I interacted with. I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone and would come back to stay here again. I plan to book a Bloom hotel again in one of the other cities.
