Spacious four bed three bathroom house in grounds of exclusive golf hotel. Perfect secluded setting, but within easy drive into Waterford city centre. Great kitchen with full facilities in utility room.

Peaceful location but with plenty of facilities nearby. Had everything we could need at the house if we didn't want to go out. Plenty of space, really cosy and well equipped. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Host was extremely helpful and kept us up to date with info and check in/out details. Would definitely use again.

Loved the beautiful premises, loved the decor, loved our dinner, loved the staff, especially Connor who served us in the beautiful bar, loved our room, loved the view with pretty golf green aspect.

From the minute we went to the reception desk we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Very professional and a pleasure to speak with. The room was large spotless and a beatifull view. We had Breakfeast and again professional and courteous service. We also had dinner and again just beautifull we had well done steak cooked to protection. We would reccomend the Woodlands to all. 5 stars from Michael Mercy and Nathan.

Nice huge room. The previous three hotel room where we stayed could have fitted in! Wonderful shower. Excellent breakfast just near the river. Free parking and 5' from city center. We could not have asked for more
