The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. There's 24hrs reception and you can store your luggage after check-out. Also, the location is just a few steps away from the main bus station. This hotel was everything I hoped it would be and more. I called a few days prior to my arrival to ask if early check in was possible, which they immediately said they could and would do. The rooms were ready when we arrived and they were even upgraded for free. All the staff were extremely kind and professional. The hotel is simply beautiful, every tiny detail was above the expectations. The room was really large and extremely comfortable, it had the best mini-bar selection I have seen in a long time. The bathroom is large and impeccably clean. I am absolutely astonished by everything here and will come back for sure.
