Great apartment, very clean and modern. The housekeeper is a very nice and smiling gentleman. We spent 2 nights there with our kids on our way to Makarska to make a break and check out the city and Zoo and it was great.

Hotel 9 is just across the street from the bus station and, the city centre is almost around the corner as well. Regarding cleanliness and the hotel staff (particularly the girl on the afternoon shift), I really can't complain, it was a really clean room with a balcony and above all, a very comfortable bed and a super kind receptionist and dedicated to her work. Another thing that is very convenient for us is that it has a luggage storage.

This is the second time I've stayed here midway through a 22-hour road trip. The room had a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was also large. Breakfast was good. Underground parking garage is convenient. I also ate dinner in the restaurant and checked out the bar which has a great view of the city, albeit the west end.

I arrived in Zagreb unexpectedly, due to a flight diversion, so booked the property from the airport. The host responded promptly and provided me with the required photos and inputs to locate the property and the keys to access the same. The apt is on the top most floor. The city view from the room is also excellent and it's very near to the train station.
