The house is super clean (!) and comfy, we arrived when lavender was in bloom and the house surroundings were gorgeous. Location is just a few minutes walk from the beach, it gives you privacy away from the crowds down there. We had breakfast and dinner out on the patio (shady with the view of trees in the garden around the house), parking is right next to the house behind a gate, so no fear for belongings inside it. Our dog loved the garden and other guests' doggies - all of us made friends :) The host was exceptionally friendly! Extra mile: on the day of our departure, there was some time before the next batch of guests were to arrive, so we were offered to leave our car at the property even after check-out time while we went to the beach/for lunch before heading back home. We didn't stay long, but if ever heading for Umag again, would love to stay longer. It felt like home away from home :)
