Review on staying in Sveti Jakov Our holiday was fantastic also because great hospitality of our host Jolanda and her house. We felt like in home. We found peace and relaxing time there. Everything was great. There was enough space and also all of equipment we needed. Just perfect. We absolutely recommend Jolanda and her house. The apartment is of decent size, comfortable and clean. The owner and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Sveti Jakov is a nice and quiet little place great for family holydays.

Very welcoming and friendly, and there are just two apartments within a nice green space. The top flat has a view to the sea and there is a decent restaurant literally just outside the front door! Being just outside Nerezine you don't get all the crowds here and it's nice walking around the San Giacomo area.

Very nice and guiete place out in a small Village. Clean, cozy, spacious. The owner is very helpful and discreet. Equipment is great including washing mashine, dishwasher and clima. For those, who look for a calmy and welcoming place with easy availability to the rest of the Island a for those, Who look for safe place to let your children run out the door in the morning...just perfect. Very well equipped apartment (even with washing mashine and dishwasher). It is clean with nice and comfortable spaces and good atmosphere. Tiny balcony with nice panorama. We enjoyed the quiet, little village Sveti Jakov, and the two beautiful and calm, not crowded beaches 8-10 minutes walking from the house. Lily was friendly and helpful, the neighbours as well.

We travel a lot and have tried all kinds of accommodation. From basic BnB, apartments, suits, luxurious hotels including. Here, we experienced BY FAR the best approach and attitude of host in all our years. Amazing place, perfect location, wonderful stone grill, grapes ripening and hanging above your head at the terrace. Just few of many exceptional things here. Few more: Hosts were just amazing. Basically invisible, yet very active. Cleaned outsides, organizing, instant responses on WhatsApp, lot of local tips. And here comes the bomb: Just because it was rainy 2 days during our 10 nights stay, we were granted FREE day extra. Before leave, we found another package full of valuable gifts at the door. Just amazing.
