This villa is one of the best places I have ever stayed in, perfect to re-charge, relax and connect with nature! 1. The view. The villa is located in the first line and you get an unobstructed view of the sea, coves, cute picturesque town Sumartin across the bay and dramatic steep mountains on the mainland. The view is breathtaking and I didn't even want to blink not to miss any of it. Sunsets are stunning! 2. The terrace. Villa has a gigantic terrace with a table and lounge chairs from which you can enjoy the views. We enjoyed our meals there, and in the evenings we could dance in the moonlight without annoying any neighbours because there's nobody too close. Just perfect! 3. Grill. The territory is quite large and the layout is very beautiful. There is a separate grill area with additional table and chairs (also with a view!). 4. Comfort. The villa itself is very well equipped, clean and cozy. It has everything you need (even yoga mats!). Kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed for cooking! Bed is very comfortable, there's a lot of wardrobes and a large bathroom. The house is perfect! 5. Location. We had a car and it was a very easy drive to supermarkets/nearest town. There are a couple of restaurants and bars nearby, some offer lounge chairs on the beach for free. We took a ferry from Split to Supertar and drove across the island, however it's also possible to take a ferry from Makarsa to Sumartin (nearest village). 6. Hosts. Ljiljana is such a kind and lovely lady! She made sure we feel like home and have everything we need. Ljiljana has left nice treats for us and was ready to come and bring anything we need. She made us feel so welcome and has been a truly exceptional host! Thank you Ljiljana it was great to meet you and stay in your wonderful house. We wish you best of luck for the future!

This was the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in! A real touch of luxury with everything thought of and real attention to detail. Ivana and her husband went out of their way to make our stay perfect and welcome us to Selca, even leaving treats on arrival and departure and fresh local produce during the week. Beautiful views and total relaxation.

Well-furnished house, with washing machine, dishwasher and all the forniture you can need. The host and his family are great, kind and always available for everything, they also cooked for us and they never complained for the noise.

Beautiful townhouse with amazing views and a great location! Perfect for a family or a group of friends ( the downstairs has a separate entrance and kitchenette) Steps down from multiple smaller beaches and local restaurants. Petra and her husband were very pleasant and attentive.

It was a very nice holiday home,very clean and with plenty of space. The swimming pool was perfect. Our host was very helpful. We were very pleased with this property and we would definitely stay there again.

The house is located at a very quiet spot of Selca. Nobody ever disturbed us, we could do whatever we wanted. The house is split up into 2 separate parts which came in handy as we had a small child with us who often needed a quiet place to sleep at. The size and the depth of the pool is perfect. One part is deep the other is shallow, again, a nice touch for those who travel with children. The area around the pool is very nicely done, the floor is not slippery at all, plenty of space to hang around. The water gets cleaned every morning by the owner, all you have to do is enjoy. The house itself is simple, but more than enough for a summer holiday that you are going to spend outside anyway. The air conditioning is very effective, it cools down the entire thing. We could not get bored of the view of the nearby hills, the sea and the massive mountains on the mainland. Sunny or not, there was always a picture to be taken any way we looked. The host was very, very nice and patient. She helped us with whatever special needs we had. This property isn’t comparable to a super fancy hotel and that is a good thing! It is a 10/10 in our book and a true hidden gem for those who are looking to get away from the crowd. We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer stay!

The house relax deserves its name. It was really relaxing, quite, and everything was great. The hosts were very nice and useful, they gave us all the information we sought. If you go there, you should definitely try their cheese, it tastes amazing.
