We were there for 10 days in September and it was amazing. A fantastic new appartementhouse with lots of charme and direct access to the sea. The large window in the living room gives you a feeling of beeing in the middle of the sea at all times and you can see so many different things like fishing boats, cormorant, fish and so on direktly below the flat, so you dont need Television. The lights of Opatija have a special flair in the evening. The flat had two bathrooms, two bedrooms with TVs and a large living room with a big TV. On a beautiful roof terrace you can enjoy the sun, naked if you want, because no one can see you and you have the same fantastic view as through the big windows. In quiet moments you can use a large leisure area and play table tennis or billards or use a gym. Your car is safe, because it's an inhouse car park and the Manager of the appartement house is very friendly and he is helpful in all situations.

Lovely, quiet location, not far from the city centre. Down, very near, is the comforted Razbojna beach, but we used Ploče beach more often, reachable after a little walk. The apartment is very nice, spacy, clean, light and very well equipped. We were fully satisfied.
