Location is excellent, very near to the beach, restaurants and grocery. The owner is a great and very helpful person, if you need anything he solves it at once. The apartment is cozy, clear, comfortable and well maintained. In the small kitchen you can find every equipments you need for cooking (every morning I went to Opatija fish market for calamari and some slices of tuna fish). I recommend it for anybody who wants to stay some days in Icici. What's more we've decided, next year in September we will visit again! Over the years we have stayed in quite a few vacation apartments, but this one was probably the best of all. Very comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished, and extremely quiet. The windows are really well insulated. You have everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen with even a dishwasher, a washing machine, drying rack, dining table for 4. There is a large balcony with comfortable recliners and a great view of the ocean (only marred by an ugly building that is blocking a small part of it). The hosts are on site, very friendly and helpful, and there is free private parking, a rarity in this town.
