And this place comes with breakfast included, and the breakfast is very generous, and made to order! Plus the host is extremely kind!

It was our second stay in the Apartment Beverly. The first time we stayed with our friends in 2021, it was a great experience, so we decided to come back two of us in 2022 this time with our dog . Ivan, as a host, is always there for you, we had several issues (our fault) with watching mashing and electricity. However, Ivan was very patient and happy to help. The apartment with a terrace with no view was a big plus for us as we had our dog but also I was doing yoga there every morning. The location is great, down the stairs close to the beach like 5-10 minutes walk. There is a shop 300 m from the apartment. The views are great. It’s also locates close to the Old town and Fottess, however you will have to walk up and down a little bit. You have everything you need in the apartment, the washing mashing was a big plus for us.

The owners were very delightful people and they took very good care of us. We stayed in ground floor so we had our own large backyard with a 6 person's table and sunbeds. The location was much better than the map shows! The nearest beach starts right across the street! Beach was never crowded and had some nice restaurants and pubs. The food, location and view was exceptional in Omis. You can hike to the fortress in the mountains right next to this apartment. The local bus (60) to Split goes near by every 20 mins and you can get a taxi from Split to Omis by only 200 hrk. This was one of our favourite spots in Croatia for sure!

They gave us an upgrade and we had a sea view room. The reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a vast selection and the waiters staff were very well mannered. The room was perfect, clean and had all the necessities. They also gave us an iron upon our request. Omis centre is 5mins away by walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very well located property. Car parking in front of the house, in the shaded yard. The beach and shops are close, the bus stop is in front of the house. Although the house is next to the main road, it is quiet because of the long front garden. The center of Omis is a 10-12 minute walk away. The equipment and mechanization of the apartment is at a high level. (There is even a washing machine.) Its cleanliness is perfect. The hosts live on the ground floor, they are very nice.
