The apt. was in good condition, clean and cozy. We especially had the chance to apreciate the strategic position, close to both Lisjgnan and Medulin. Valdo and Daria are very nice people. Very welcoming and friendly. They speak English well and a mix of Italian and English (very useful, nontheless) as well as German. Finding home made delicacies on our table evey day and having some drinks toghether in the evening, we didn't fell like guests at all. They also provide us with a map and precise suggestions on places to visit, most high-season crowded places to avoid, where to go at the beach depending on the wind, where to eat and responses to any other needs. Moreover they are available and helpful all the time, living in the same apts block, among the guests, for all the summer. Very thankfull for all of that!
