We arrived early and immediately the owner asked what we wanted to drink. This was the start of super friendly and perfect service of lenko, his daughters and of course Milan. They all made us feel right at home. The hotel is high quality, the food is good (with food and wine from his own farm) the service perfect. Also we liked the location (close to the beach), the view from our balcony and the swimming pool. We will definately come back here!

Simply perfect place for overnight or longer stays! Ambient and exterior of accommodation looks like fairy tail! Completely went above our expetations! Parking available and safe. Owners super friendly, polite and welcoming. We've been 5 of us, 2adults and 3children, house1 was great choice for our stay there. Super clean and great value for price paid! Highly recommended!

It’s a wonderful place to stay for holidays, even in January. The apartment is clean and cozy. The kitchen is very comfortable for cooking, all kitchenware is there. Right in front of a balcony there’re kiwi and orange trees :) It’s took us 3 min to get to the center, there’s a path going down right to the beach. I could imagine how awesome here is in summer !! In January all cafes are closed, there’re just several bars where you can have a drink. However, there’s a Studenac store open. Just a note for drivers. The way to the apartment is rather narrow with sharp turns, be careful if your car is big. The parking place is also narrow, but we managed to fit in out large car without any problem.

Our host was really friendly! The room was clean and comfy, with a really comfortable bed! The room terrace was a good place for morning coffee but the balcony on the top of the facility was amazing! Internet speed was good, managed to get my work done from the room which is a great feature!

Great location, 4 minutes to the beach, owners are very friendly, apartment is nice and clean, beautiful sea view, we got a gift at check out, very good value for money.

My daughter thought our room was nicer than Marriott in Rome. Room was clean and spacious. Roof top pool was nice and refreshing and made up for the short up hill walk from the beach. And the hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating. My daughter is already planning to return here next season.
