The appartment is newly renowated, modern, clean, with a kitchen well equped with small electric stove, fridge, ketle, a wafle maker that we used as a toaster, glasses, plates, cuttlery for 2-3 persons. The aircondition with inside unit located near entrance and not directly pointed to bed, (which was often the case at meny other accomodations on skiathos an it was the reason why we didn't choose those) so it can be turned on during the night which we used very offten, especially the dry mode on the days with high humidity. There is a patio at entrance with a table and two chairs, they also provided a drying rack for beach towels etc. The windows have build in shades and isect net, so we didn't have to wory about mosquitos. There is a professional hairdryer with AC motor provided and a big closet to store your clothes and belongings. The location is in the street between two chearches Agia Triada and Panagia Limnia, abot 20m distance from latter. There is a small shop 2 buildings away. The center is reachable in 10min by foot, the bus station Nr.4 and also the beach Megail Amos about 10min walking distance. There was a daily cleaning service and the towels are changed daily. When we arrived George met us in 10min to hand over the keys.
