Our stay at this house was unexpectedly eventful as we got caught in a very bad storm called Daniel for 4 days, but I must say, the spacious and well-equipped amenities truly saved the day. Despite the weather chaos outside the house provided a comfortable and stress-free stay. It was very clean and we also loved the garden which we enjoyed on our last day when the clouds cleared. The location was awesome, just a 30 mins walk from the old town in a silent area. Easy communication with the host and safe parking. Efcharistoume poly Dimitris, hope to return soon :)

We (family with 2 daughters, 15 and 19 yo) stayed 8 nights in Villa Lazareta in the beginning of July and had fantastic vacation. Villa is very nice and I recommend to everyone. In reality it looks much nicer then presented on the photos. Location is secluded and you have all the intimacy you need but yet it’s very close to the city (5min by car). House is very comfortable and have everything you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower which is fantastic. Two air conditioners are enough to chill the house even in the hottest days. Pool is amazing overlooking the sea and Skiathos town. On the large terrace you can enjoy breakfast and sunset views. If you don’t want to explore island beaches you have two small beaches in walking distance from the villa (50-200 meters). All in all Villa Lazareta is excellent choice. And yes for the end I must mention the owner Katerina. She is by far the most kind and helpful host we ever had. Thank you Katerina and we hope we will return to your villa again :)

Een geweldig leuk ingericht appartement met een heerlijke badkamer, super regendouche en klein maar fijn balkon. Gelegen net een straat achter de hoofdstraat in een heerlijje omgeving. Alles is op loopafstand en dichtbij. Gastvrouw Irene was super aardig en altijd beschikbaar voor onze vragen. Het restaurant beneden is echt een aanrader, modern Grieks ingericht en lekker eten. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke 2 weken vakantie gehad. Als we eventueel weer naar Skiathos zouden gaan dan zullen wij zeker hier weer logeren.
