Starting from Tzoula from Reservations who immensely helped with everything, once we arrived, the reception and Concierge team were exceptional. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Every single team member from the front of house team was so professional, friendly and warm and they knew their job so well. The staff during breakfast were so helpful and friendly.
