I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vaso Apartments in Platanias, Crete, and I must say it was an absolute dreamy retreat. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and tranquility that this accommodation offered. The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a stone's throw away from the stunning beach yet tucked away in a quiet street. It's also conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and bars, but most importantly so close to the public commute for Chania. The accommodation was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, overlooking the lush garden and the beach. One of the highlights of Vaso Apartments is its Crystal Wave bare and restaurant where you can get delicious local food. Katerina spoiled us rotten with her famous breakfast every morning 😊. What truly sets Vaso Apartments apart is the warm and welcoming hospitality of the hosts. Katerina and her family go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable stay. They were always on hand to provide recommendations for local activities, assist with transportation, and make sure every need was met. Our stay at Vaso Apartments in Platanias, Crete, was nothing but perfect. From the idyllic location to the beautifully appointed apartments, and the exceptional hospitality, this accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way.

If by chance you are visiting Crete, book your stay with Aetheras Beach! Crete has nothing but the best of everything, from world famous beaches and history! The location of the hotel was perfect, everything was near, and Chania town was only a fun 15 minute drive! The room itself was perfect! with an amazing view of the beach, which is only 20 steps away, and those sunrise walk on the beach is a must. Not only that, the room itself was so comfy and clean, it made our stay even better, we had our own little balcony and a rack to put our wet clothes to dry. The beds were fantastic and the bathroom was perfectly renovated with a walk in shower! But what made our stay even better was the host, he made sure our stay was perfect form the get-go, he arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and also a taxi to go back to the airport at the end of our stay. He was helpful throughout our whole stay and also suggesting where to go on each day! His freshly squeezed orange juice that he makes for every guest each morning while we stare at the beach is just an amazing vibe. The cleaning lady and the host are spectacular, making sure our room is clean on a daily basis and our experience top notch. Nothing but positive things to say about our stay and hotel. Definitely not the last time we are staying at Aetheras Beach! Crete is magical ...

The location was perfect right infront of the sea. I got a sea view studio and it was perfect with a large balcony to wind down at the end of the day. The small garden with chairs is a plus. The hosts were very kind and accomodating.
