We had a wonderful time at Perdika's nest two-bedroom house. The apartment was exceptionally clean, nicely decorated, with all the amenities needed for a holiday by the sea. It is a very cozy place, located close to the sea, but also close to a supermarket and a bakery. One has a nice view of the sea from one of the bedrooms and from the downstairs kitchen. The port, with an exceptional choice of restaurants, is approx 7-10 min away by foot. Don't miss the chance to have a walk at sunset, in the area around the port (there is a nice park and an alley surrounding the church close to the port). Our host indicated us a nice swimming spot, 2 min walk from the house, which was great indeed. But you also have a good choice of nice beaches close to Perdika village. We tried Marathonas Beach B (sandy beach), Sarpa (more of a rocky beach) and Klima (sandy beach). All of them are great but for us Marathonas Beach B was the main choice (no music and family friendly). We stayed for one week at Perdika's nest and we much appreciated the fact that, after 3 days, the host arranged with the cleaning lady to refresh our house and change all the towels and bed sheets. We felt like home :)

Everything was amazing. The view was perfect. 2 min walk to boardwalk, boats, and multiple restaurants. Came with everything you would need for a longer stay. Will be back!

Everything was perfect the house has unique position and awesome view it has everything you need to have a great calm vacation The owners were extremely friendly and they helped us to know the places in the island and also they helped us getting our stuff from supermarket by their own car they met us at the check in and they were totally welcoming i totally recommend the place form great perfect vacation

Excellent house, excellent and attentive host - we had detailed instructions where to leave the car, where are keys etc. before coming, received updates and info about nearby shops/port/weather etc. Very close to Perdika Port to go to Moni island, we used a car to get everywhere else on island. Fully equipped kitchen, appreciate that there were basic things available like salt, pepper, oil, some coffee, tea etc. Beautiful neighborhood with small streats, bakery, small shop nearby.

The view from the apartment is amazing, 180 degrees over the sea with the sunrise and the sunset, the direct access to the sea (not the beach), the apartment itself, a duplex, bright, new and clean, with a small terrasse at each floor.

Everything was AMAZING! The property is just like in the photos, the terrace overlooking the sea is the perfect place for a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. All the restaurants are in a 3minutes walk range. Very kind and welcoming neighbors. We will return soon <3
