Modern apartment, well structured/furnished and kept very clean. Very well located, 5 min from Mastichari beach, shops and restaurants. Also close to the airport and easy access to other villages and beaches. The hosts Zoi and Nikos are amazing people, besides being there for anything we needed they also share good tips to enjoy Kos, they definitely made us feel very welcome. No doubt we’ll be back and highly recommend.

Enkel standard, men rent og veldig god service. Fantastisk beliggenhet rett på stranden og i sentrum. Vi bodde i leiligheten på toppen med takterrasse og utsikt over stranden. Bor gjerne her igjen.

Vertskapet er eksepsjonelt hyggelig og serviceinnstilt! En perfekt overnattingsplass i forbindelse med hjemreise fra Kalymnos, når flyet letter tidlig om morgenen og du trenger en rimelig, men god overnattingsplass. Stort pluss at det er god plass til en familie på fem på rommet her - de fleste hotellrom er tilpasset fire personer.

This villa was exceptional. Very clean and had everything for our stay. AC to every room was bonus as was very hot. The lady running this is amazing. Very helpful and stayed in touch daily to make sure we was ok. Even baked us cake one day as we returned from a day out. So very thoughtful. Thankyou ince again.

Meltemi House is a very cozy place. We really love the house. The rooms are big and there are enough cupboards etc. The bed is so comfortable. Our house keeper Antoni is very helpful. He suggested very nice places for visit. Next year, we will definitely stay there ;)

This is perhaps one of the most underrated properties in Kos. The amenities, the cleanliness, and the ownership are all off the charts. I would say, without a doubt this property is one of the best values you’ll ever find anywhere.

It is a lovely modern apartment and there is everything you need for your stay. The beach is literally 1 minute away and all the restaurants and bars are between 2 and 5 minutes away, and yet the apartment is very quiet at night. The host is very very friendly, she goes above and beyond to make the stay as nice as possible and is always approachable. She even left us a few little gifts, which was a very nice touch. Loved our stay there and will definitely come back!

The owner is super sweet and gave us a lot of suggestions and advice on what to do and help if we needed it! The Villa is stunning super new and clean but with a cozy vibe! we were a group of 8 girls and it was perfect inside and out! The villa is located in a very nice smaller town but with everything you would need and the beach and restaurants were 5 min away walking! we had the absolute best time and we dearly recommend this place a hope to return ourselves one day! Such a beautiful Villa, town and nature!
