House is located in a very nice complex with swimming pool, in walking distance from the main road. Jessica was great host, very kind and always available to answer in questions. I would definitely return back for another weekend or more. I personally loved the balcony in the living room, it is a great place to relax, apart from the pool area.

A beautiful appartement with everything you need, with a nice garden and superb view. It was very clean and everything was well thought of with such attention to detail. The beds (including sofa bed) were very comfy. Clearly this place is handled with care and pride of hosting well. There was also quite a bit of supply and food waiting for us (not just the usual bare essentials), which was a pleasant surprise and made us feel welcomed. The host was very kind and helpful. We really loved everything about this place.

Amazing apartment, amazing view, amazing owner (speaks English, Greak and Romanian). Everything was bright clean, you have everything you need: dryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, living and Netflix, large terrace with an amazing view to Porto Rafti. Parking included. Transfer to the airport on request (I have to leave to the airport at 6 am in the morning and they were super responsive and helpful). Congratulations to the owner for all! Great communication with the host. The place was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious, each with its own balcony. We wanted a day of relaxation and a location close to beaches and the airport. This satisfied both.

We stayed in many amazing rentals during our 3 week stay in Greece but this one was, overall the best of the best. Stephanie is an excellent host who knows exactly how to balance being available without being intrusive. The apartment is brand new fully renoed to a high standard with nice finishes and appliances. Must stay if in Porto Rafti area.

We had the whole little house, the shaded terrace, the garden and our own parking lot behind the gate. Less than 10 min. walk to the local shop, beach, restaurants. very peacefull, with sun chairs and a hammock in the garden. Host, Michael Fragkoudakis if very helpfull over the phone, we never met him, nor needed him, 100% satisfied with our accomodation. on arrival Michael just told us where to find the key.
