As I like quiet places this was perfect for me. Remote, no traffic only sounds of the waves. The apartment is very clean, actually being cleaned every day. Bed is comfortable, terrace has a lovely view to the sea. The beach is near and Lefkos beach (absolutely lovely beach) reachable on foot if you feel like walking 1,5km one way. Several excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. In my opinion it's optimal if you have a car at this place and in general in Karpathos. Also lovely sunset view right from the terrace. Easy parking. I would return to this place without any doubt.

We stayed for a week initially, on a 3 week Karpathos holiday. We liked Lefkos and the villa so much, we changed our plans and came back for another 5 days. In our opinion, the villa is probably the best accommodation there because it is quiet, in its own grounds and sits just above the beach. Walk across the road down the steps and your on the beach. The villa is on the edge of the main Lefkos Beach restaurant/shop area (2-3 minutes walk). It was clean & modern, but still had its charm and was well equipped. The terrace was nice for breakfast & sunset evenings. The owners were always available and communication was prompt. They gave us advice on good beaches & restaurants to visit across the island. They also had a family connection with the Ammos restaurant in Lefkos & we were also well looked after there during our stay. It was our favourite restaurant during our travels around the island.

An absolute gem of a place! Thank you Anna(host)! Right between two bays, the proximity to each beach was steps away! Full view of sunsets! Very comfortable space for relaxing with wonderful detail in amenities. Not one thing to complain about! Anna is very responsive host and kind! She allowed us to stay an extra hour after checkout which allowed a bit more beautiful beach time!

Beatiful, modern and cosy house on the top of the picturesque Lefkos village, beaches are literally in few steps from the both sides... Clean and quiet (only sound of waves 😊), AC is working perfectly both in cold and warm regimes (which is great as Karpathos might be very chilly due to wind). The house has well-equipped kitchen, including Nespresso mashine, bed and sofa both were very comfortable. The views from both terrasses are just marvellous = sea and sunsets... Last, but the least = great host who did the best to make us feel comfortable 😊👍

The upgrade to a very spacious 2 bed apartment, being in the countryside with coastal walks and very close to a beach and restaurant and 15 minutes stroll to bigger village with superb beach and many eateries. We will go back.

We spent a week at Anna's place and for us, it was perfect. Anna and her husband are such wonderful hosts, very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The view from the terrace is spectacular and you can really relax and enjoy yourself because it is so peaceful there. And we had our own fig tree with the most delicious figs you can imagine. We loved our stay here and would love to come back.

Unique peaceful and quiet location. The included beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is just a few steps and stairs away. There is also cleaning included for the aparments, which we did not expect. But the true highlight is Triada (Host) and her Family. They were so kind and friendly. Also nearly every day they gave us multiple foods (fresh olive oil, figs from the garden, eggs and many more) as a kind gesture. Also they helped uns with everything we asked for. The best hospitality we experienced in a long time. I would recommend this stay to anyone without hesitation!

The Hosts - Fani and Apostolos - Are amazing! The Location is Perfect, Right at the Beach. We had beautiful sea views and the Room was spacious and had everything you could ask for, including a modern air condition with sleep mode - that was Great, because the Nights were pretty hot as well. Especially nice is the bar Right at the ground floor of the aegean sea Studios, were we had breakfast every Morning. We Look forward to our Next Stay! :)
