As soon as we entered the villa, all of our reactions was 'WOW'. It was so much more than we had hoped. It was very clean, extremely well equipped and breakfast was brought to us every morning.The owner and all of his staff, from cleaners to the pool men were friendly and very accommodating. This was the first time that we had brought our boys abroad on holiday (they are 7/14 & 19) and this villa made it amazing..........it will be hard to top in the future and hopefully we will be back.

Nikolas and Maria were super kind and hospitable! Nice apartment that has everything you need, for a reasonable price. Great location close to Eucalyptus street and Kolymbia beach. We didn't rent a car but bus stops were around the corner in front of the Atlantica Imperial Resort. Nice little terrace too in front of the house where we could have breakfast outside.

Beautiful modern villa, extremely well fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Good location, close to the beach. The property manager was exceptional, couldn’t do more for us and always on hand if needed.

The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

Great vacation! The house is like the photos, very clean, big, comfortable, ideal for families or two couples. Each room provides its own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything to prepare meals. Quiet area for relaxation just 2 minutes from the center of Kolymbia, supermarkets, restaurants and bars you will find everything there. Ideal!!! The sandy Kolymbia beach is a 5-minute walk from the house. Also excellent location on the island as it is close to all the popular attractions and the best beaches of the island just 15-20 minutes by car. Maria and Nikolas are fantastic hosts, they made sure we had everything we needed in the fridge for the next morning! Thank you very much Maria and Nikolas for a wonderful vacation!!! We will definitely come back again🙏🤗

The welcome we received from Leonidas at Casa di Lusso was very personal. We stayed at No. 7 which had a very stylish interior with a boutique hotel atmosphere. All the rooms are uniquely decorated. Leonidas couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We suggested that bedside lamps would be good and he bought some the same day. We were blown away by the gardens, pool and different seating areas. His mother gave us her home-made marmalade and his father was very friendly. we enjoyed 4 blissful days and would love to return.

the villa had everything we travelled with two children under 2. a Cott was provided and we had constant communication through WhatsApp. outstanding service. the villa was clean and pool was cleaned daily. outdoor bbq was great!
