Villa oli tilava ja siisti. Sängyt oli hyvät ja erilaisia tyynyjä ja peittoja löytyi moneen makuun. Aamiaiskori oli loistava lisä, ja sen sisällön sai tilattua oman maun mukaan. Palvelu oli hyvää, joustavaa ja ammattimaista. Allasosasto oli viihtyisä. Viihdyttiin erittäin hyvin kolmen lapsen kanssa omalla uima-altaalla. Lisäksi ruokaa sai tilattua huonepalvelusta, joten ei ollut välttämätöntä edes poistua villalta syömään. Saimme pitää huoneen lähtöpäivänä ilmaiseksi iltaan asti, mikä oli todella joustavaa palvelua.

Nikolas and Maria were super kind and hospitable! Nice apartment that has everything you need, for a reasonable price. Great location close to Eucalyptus street and Kolymbia beach. We didn't rent a car but bus stops were around the corner in front of the Atlantica Imperial Resort. Nice little terrace too in front of the house where we could have breakfast outside.

Beautiful modern villa, extremely well fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Good location, close to the beach. The property manager was exceptional, couldn’t do more for us and always on hand if needed.

The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

Great accommodation and very nice hosts. They responded quickly and made sure that we didn't miss anything during our vacation. The house itself is located in a quiet place, yet the main street with restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Nikolas and Maria!

We can't speak highly enough of this absolutely stunning place. A true gem in a lovely quiet peaceful part of Kolimbia. You can easily walk into the local resort/village, where there are several great bars/restaurants to chose from and there are bus stops very close by to access Rhodes Town, Lindos etc. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs - clean, spacious, comfortable and with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. The pool and garden area are beautiful designed, with incredible views across the mountains! A true haven of relaxation and so well needed for us both. Our hosts were amazing and so warm and friendly. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. We will certainly return again in the future.

the villa had everything we travelled with two children under 2. a Cott was provided and we had constant communication through WhatsApp. outstanding service. the villa was clean and pool was cleaned daily. outdoor bbq was great!
