We loved Villa Dionysios. The Villa was as described in photos, we had everything we needed and the balcony was the perfect place to have a coffee in the morning. The place is really close to the beach and mini-markets. We loved that we had lots of beautiful places to eat nearby. I would recommend renting a car. Dimitris was more than helpful throughout and even before the trip. We really felt like everything was gonna be perfect for our group. Thank you again!!

I cannot recommend this property enough. The property was clean, charming, and extremely well located with the beach across the street. It is conveniently attached to a market, and all the restaurants are within a 3-5 min walk. The host, Katerina, is extremely helpful, welcoming and warm. She (and her family) helped us every single day with some kind of issue, including a medical issue (!), and she went above and beyond to look after us. She treated us like family. She is extremely kind and generous and will do everything to help you enjoy your experience in Zakynthos.

By far, this is the best rental we've ever been to. The owner is super nice, attentive and generous. The villa is quiet and secluded yet only 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach. It has everything you need and it was meticulously cleaned prior to our arrival. The small pool (which is actually a big jacuzzi) was great for casual dipping with our 3 year-old. The view from the villa is stunning. Can't recommend Arca villa enough.
