We absolutely loved this place. Maria and her family went above and beyond to provide us everything we needed. The apartment was nice and very clean, well equipped, good size. Breakfast was excellent. This was one of the best accommodations we had in Greece.

Villa Popi is in a great location a short walk to the front where there are many taverna's restaurants and bars. Tina and her family are so friendly and always on hand if needed. The studios are spotlessly clean bed linen and towels are changed every two days. Breakfast has everything you need including a cooked breakfast every day if wanted. Great pool and poolside loungers never crowded and beds are always available even though the pool is open to non residents

The property was amazing, clean and safe. The hosts were exceptionally kind and generous. The level hospitality was the best I've experienced anywhere in the world. They made me feel like I was a part of their family. Communication with Angelos was amazing, he was so kind and helpful. They all work very hard to maintain this gorgeous house & garden. His mother would bring me traditional home cooked greek food(extremely delicious!!) and even washed my towel for me. They went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I would reccomend this property to anyone who wants to relax or explore Kos.

The owner is an extraordinary lady who will help you with anything you need. One of the most positive person we have ever meet. The property is extremely close to the beach espicially great if you are windsurfing. Cleaned daily, very decent vs the price you pay. It has everything you need.

Barbara and Popi are very nice, lovely hosts! We loved our stay at the studio. ❤️❤️❤️ Also Simba (cat) and Rex (dog). The breakfast, the suite, the environment was stunning! They prepare fresh breakfast every day (variety of choices), homemade jam&honey, and cakes, pastry. Absolutely delicious! The garden is very very green, you just love it. The studio is on the side road, near the main road, few minutes walk from the bus station. The street where the apartments are is quite. The studio is a few minutes walk from the beach, where you can stay on sunbeds/umbrellas (free of charge, if you buy something from the supermarket). Good restaurants in 300-400m. Cleaning happened after 2 days, it was tidy, clean. We had towels, toiletries. Comfy bed, air-condition free of extra charge. Kitchen with fridge and ability for cooking.

Everything, since I arrived: the atmosphere and the light of this calm, friendly but elegant hotel. The mornings and the evenings on the beautiful terrace, the quiet pool, the sea view, the beach in a couple of minutes. And, first of all, the kind and super nice owners!!

Everything was wonderful, no complaints only compliments. We had the best stay we could wish for on the isle Kos. When we visit Kos again this is the place we will stay to enjoy our holidays. The owner Mr. Karafyllis is a very nice preson :-)
