Proximity of the beach. Nice and big patio. Isolated. Private parking. Tzaneria beach is just 2 minutes walk from house. There is big and nice patio, however it is unusable from 14 till 19 due to orientation, sun is burning during this period. House is stand-alone, so you're kind of isolated from neighboring houses. Private parking can fit 2 cars easily.

Everything was perfect. Nice rooms with everything we needed. Very well organized family hotel in a good location near the best beaches. Wonderful pool and beautiful surroundings. The room was cleaned daily and we got fresh towels every day. Internet worked perfectly. Good shower with hot water and good water pressure. Air con was great. Big plus to the cleaning ladies who were amazing. They washed our clothes for no extra cost and even put our clothes to dry in our balcony. The family running the hotel will do everything to make you feel comfortable.

very friendly and always helpful staff! it was a nice atmosphere, we felt very comfortable :) we loved the different kinds of foods for breakfast and our room with a balcony and the ocean view! Also the garden was very well taken care of and we enjoyed the mornings with nice and green views :)

The room was recently renovated, clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, 3 minutes from the town center and minutes away from the nicest beaches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Skiathos!

We loved the Villa Frideriki , such a beautiful and quite place, perfect location with restaurants around and beach. Very clean, stylish with comfortable beds and fully kitchenette, the studio has a beautiful sea view. Very warm hospitality from the owners, we really appreciate the warm welcome we received. All! We stayed in a 3 places room- very new and modern. The terrace has sea view. The bathroom is very big. It has also a small kitchen where you can prepare a coffee, a sandwich. The host, Maria, is very friendly and she provide all the information you need. There is also a map of Skiathos which was really usefull. The location is Kolios, 15 minutes by tge car from the Port, which we found great. We could use the pool from a 2 minutes slow walking vila for free.
