House with view is one of the best if not the best property we have stayed in Greece! The property is ultra clean, the bed was so comfortable, shower is fantastic and the view is the best! It was also so very quiet at night that you are guaranteed the best sleep and only 10 minutes by car to the centre of Ioannina. Yianni and Maria the hosts are wonderful and make you feel like family. They provided jam, honey and rusks for breakfast and delicious cake as well. Thank you Yianni and Maria and we cannot wait to return!

The house was soooo perfect for us. It was really clean with everything we needed and more. We are a family of 5 members and we finded lovely and really comfortable . We were 5 (2 adults 2 kids and an infant) and we stayed in the suite that had actually two different spaces. The breakfast was very good, we were able to have it in the garden that is very close to the lake. There is a playground and that is very convenient for a family with small kids. There was free parking in the premise of the hotel and the location was very good. I fully recommend it.
