I just checked out from the 4K GEM apt and I must admit I was impressed with the quality of the accommodation. Everything was new. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with plenty of amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the large 4K TV with Netflix and the reliable WiFi seamlessly working in all 3 floors of the house. The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the town and within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. Its just 3 minutes walking to a fantastic beach. Despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to get a good night's sleep every night. The apartment itself is cosy and somehow reminds me of an Amsterdam house (3 levels). The host is very friendly and makes a great effort to provide you with all kinds of useful information. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the centre of Ierapetra.

The host Elizabeth was one of the nicest people we had ever met. She prepared everything and was very friendly. The view from the pool was amazing . Marina and Babis were the best hosts we ever had - always available, friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment is very spacious, well maintain and full with everything you may need - including coffee, sugar, tee and all kind of toiletries. They waited for us with cold water in the fridge, a bottle of wine and fruits. Beside that Marina baked for us cookies and a pie.

Crystal clean. The hosts are very nice people. Our ferry was cancelled and they readily changed the reservation dates for us. We have also asked a few other small things and they were always ready to help us. The apartments are spacious, with a good terrace, mountain and sea view, however not that close to the road, so it's also a quite place.
