The location was perfect for where we needed to be, Fiskardo. A 10 minute drive to the harbor. Local beach just about 8 minutes by car. The villa is beautiful and the view from the upper balcony is gorgeous. The hosts were so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend Villa Ektama.

Excellent location right at the center of fiskardo, very welcoming host (basket of treats on arrival), very clean with extra covid precautions. Fully equipped kitchen. A lovely Beach right on the doorstep. Lots of outdoors space to eat and lounge, we especially liked the bbq! We hope to be back and would recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you!

The pictures don’t tell the full story. The villa is fantastic..spacious, air conditioned bedrooms with balconies that have sea views and the location perfect for the beaches in the north of the island. You will need a car but that has it’s advantages. Maganos village is blessed with fabulous food shops and restaurants. You will love it, we certainly did.

Our host Stavros was already waiting for us when we arrived. It was no problem for him that we were a bit late. He showed us the house. He speaks English fluently. He had provided filter coffee, water, butter and jam in the fridge and wine and bread for our basic needs. Long live Greek hospitality! At departure our ferry left in the afternoon and we could stay in the house to bridge the time, what was very convenient. Our host Stavros came to collect the keys and to say goodbye. He gave us a bottle of kefalonic wine and olive oil as a goodbye gesture. The wine had to be put in the suitcase but luckily arrived in one piece! Cheers Stavros! And thanks. The interior of the house is very cozy and personal, with beautiful colors (Greek-Ethiopian style) and all balconies have fantastic views. From the multiple balconies you can see the whole island of ithaka and the coastline of Lefkada. A very authentic house. The photos of the villa on booking.com don't do justice to the appearance of the house in real.
