The staff was lovely and Dimitri at the reception desk was particularly helpful and very caring in helping us with arranging our activities and car rental. We had the executive suite, a huge room with a separate queen bed in a loft, perfect for our teenage daughter. The breakfast was very good and served in a location with stunning views of the caldera.

Christina was a fantastic host who met us upon arrival and was able to give us some fantastic information and advice for visiting Santorini. The apartment was amazing and the views were stunning. The location was also perfect as it is slightly out of the tourist hot spots so is very quiet. Would definitely recommend!

From the very second we walked in The Tsitouras Collection we knew we had made THE VERY BEST CHOICE! Delightful, amazing, brilliant, superb, wonderful, overwhelmed ... aren't enough words to describe how we felt! We took ages to find this amazing hotel to stay and it was not only the amazing photos, but the reviews did all the talking and this place far exceeded every expectation we had! George the Manager is a one off!! He is fantastic, such a people person, takes so much time and has a wealth of knowledge! Every single member of staff are all amazing. Monji greeted us and showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know with such compassion and love for his job. When we saw our room... Well... it bought a tear to our eyes (both of us!!) It was exquisite! We stayed in The House of Nureyev because it had it's own private balcony. Oh my goodness the view is too amazing for words! It has its own sunbeds and table and chairs to dine. We saw the most amazing sunset from the comfort of our own balcony with no crowds! The whole suite is so fantastic with gorgeous antiques, beautifully cool and extremely clean and comfy!! The food it absolutely gorgeous and very fresh using the finest ingredients. We cannot fault one thing. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in! We truly didn't want to leave.

We had Sunrise views from our large terrace & Sunset views of the Caledara from a viewing terrace. Family-friendly room, we were with my two and half-year-old daughter, she enjoyed it a lot - especially with the Hot tub. The hotel management guys are awesome they were very helpful all the time. The owner and her family were really welcoming, helpful and gave us good explanations and recommandations. The room was nice, very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was functional, and we enjoyed the shower with the cycladic style. There is no private parking but you can easily park for free in front of or near the hotel.
