The old cottage has been magnificently restored and fitted out to the highest standard with top quality fixtures, furniture and linens. It is very comfortable and has lots of space for 2 people. Lots of extras were provided to help with the self-catering. It has a good Internet connection, a washing machine and a dryer and would be very suitable for a long term stay. It is in a very peaceful rural setting, but only 15 minutes drive from the facilities in the main town of Portree. The location is good, too, for accessing the major attractions on Skye.

Everything. It was a dream. We were so sad to leave. The flat is extremely well-equipped and beautifully appointed. We had a recovery day after about a week of hectic travel, and we built a fire, put some music on, and watched the boats come in and out of the harbor all day. Heaven.
