A cosy little cottage done up nicely, which made it very comfortable for the four of us. The house had everything and more for our short stay. The location was a very short walk into town and had secure off-road parking.

Nice location in a park. Very quiet and relaxing. We stayed one week and it felt like a home away from home. A very cozy hotel! The food is delicious and the choice of wine is good. The staff is very nice and nothing is a problem for them. A lovely week in fantastic Pitlochry!

The grounds are lovely with flowers, blooming bushes, and shady trees. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing or romantic getaway.

Staff were lovely. We had a last minute cancellation as a member of the family had an accident and they refunded their room in full which was very kind. Food is great, it's not 5 star fine dining but you aren't paying 5 star prices. Areas of the hotel are being modernised and we stayed in a newer room which was fresh and clean and tidy. This a dog friendly hotel and we enjoyed saying hi to lots of furry friends. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the pool on this occasion but it looked great. We will definitely be back.

Our family loved our 3-night stay. Beautiful house, great location, clean fresh decor, spacious rooms, super comfy beds and fab toiletries, everything we needed for our stay. Pitlochry itself is lovely & plenty of family-friendly walks & food options in the local area. We visited Faskally wood, Pitlochry town & dam, Killiekrankie, walk at Garry Bridge & fabulous Falls of Bruar.

We were given an ‘annex’ room as a family with two young children and it was fantastic- lots of space and even a separate side room for our toddler to sleep in. The hotel is very nice and gorgeous views outside. Staff very friendly.

Fantastic staff, really helpful and easy to talk to. The family room is a good size, ample for when travelling with a toddler/small child. The lounge is really comfortable with a small hatch with a bar on the other side, so you don’t need to leave the lounge to order drinks.
