Stunning hotel within walking distance of the historic city centre. It was even more beautiful than the photos on booking.com. We got an absolutely beautiful room with an amazing view over the city! Bathroom was very clean (and gorgeous). I appreciated the eco-friendly touches all over the hotel from their recycling to energy conservation and more. I will definitely stay here again.

Do not expect a comfortable sleep The sofa bed is seemingly only meant to be used for small children It is advertised as a sofa bed no age stated for the intended use, in this day and age anybody should be able to use a sofa bed. Shocking sleep. How that is even advertised as a family room I will never know.

Location was fabulous and so close to everything. Rooms were all massive and very comfortably slept two families (7 in total including children/babies). Travel cot and high chair were ready and set up and beds were so comfortable. The toiletries were also a great unexpected touch! A great home away from home.

Excellent location, very close to the city centre, with plenty of parks and playgrounds around, which makes the flat an ideal option for families with small children. There are a couple of supermarkets in the vicinity, and there is plenty of parking space around. The flat is very comfortable and it includes all amenities. Netflix can be accessed through channel 204 on the Virgin decoder, which is excellent for children that are not yet fluently speaking English.

Perfect location for city centre activities, everything within walking distance. 1 min walk from tram stop for airport and only 5-10mins walk to Haymarket for trains. All the main buses also stop right outside. Great apartment for small family like us, comfy bed, relatively toddler friendly and the owner was very accommodating by providing a travel cot, bedding and a baby grow bag. Would 100% stay here again if travelling to Edinburgh.
